I booked a room with a quiet bed, climate control, television and a microwave oven. The bathroom was good with a bath. The hotel was in a good location next to different restaurants...
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Amazing hotel, we greatly enjoyed this place.
Queen room included climate control, television and a microwave oven. It included a quiet bed and a private bathroom. The location was good - so close to Auburn Mall and local restaurants.

I loved how clean the room was and enjoyed the fantastic shower head , made for a refreshing morning routine. Plus, you're just a few steps away from Town Creek Park where you can take in beautiful views and enjoy a leisurely walk to the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art for a dose of culture.

The location is ideal for university visitors, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room itself features two queen beds, perfect for families needing extra space.
I found stains on the bedding that looked like they hadn't seen a washing machine in quite a while. The shower curtain was dirty as well. There were disturbances from loud noises outside, especially with large groups congregating late at night. Lastly, the bathroom door and other surfaces bore marks that were needlessly neglected, giving it a run-down vibe.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff member at the night desk provided really good service. The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the university. I enjoyed the pet-friendly policy, made traveling with my pet hassle-free.
The beds tended to be softer than I prefer.

We enjoyed visiting the local parks and checking out a movie at the nearby theater. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, although I recommend bringing earplugs for a peaceful sleep.
